Heart-Centered Writing is part meditation, part journaling to help you get in touch with your own voice.


In our 1-hour session, we’ll do a short evocation (I’ll read you a poem), we’ll talk about your story, and I’ll give you an exercise to get you writing easily and authentically right then and there. You’ll leave the session with exercises to help you continue your practice in between sessions.
